Units of Study

The middle school physical education program includes a variety of individual, small group, and team activities. Students will be given the opportunity to participate in a variety of fun games and activities. Students will also participate in activities where they will learn to work cooperatively, and be challenged to achieve both individual and team goals.

Below are some of the units of study covered in physical education:

  • Cooperative challenges
  • Fielding games
  • Fitness concepts
  • Gymnastics/rhythmical activities
  • Invasion games
  • Net/wall games (individual/pair/team)

All of our activities are designed to promote conditioning, cooperation, improve skill levels and establish life-long involvement in wellness.
